Player Evaluation Reports ⚽
Below is a brief overview of the session that took place, during which the players were carefully evaluated and assessed on their skills and performance.

This station focuses on individual ball skills and control. Key activities include:
Dribbling and turning maneuvers, including L turns, V turns, and quick rolls, to assess ball control, tempo, confidence on both feet, speed, balance, and spatial awareness in tight areas.
Combination turns and aerial control, such as receiving the ball from the air using the knees, chest, and head.
A series of passes with a partner, starting on the ground and progressing to lofted passes, to evaluate first touch and the use of different parts of the foot.

This station assesses players' performance in game-like scenarios. Key activities include:
A series of 1v1, 2v2, and 3v3 games to analyze reactions in different gameplay situations.
In 1v1s, the focus is on the ability to transition quickly between defense and attack.
In 2v2s and 3v3s, the evaluation centers on teamwork, tactical experience in attacking and defending, passing and moving to create opportunities, and understanding of defensive pressing and covering.
Bluetooth-enabled smart technology can be placed on any soccer boot. It focuses on over 15 soccer-specific metrics to help players improve in trainings and analyze their performance in matches. The AI-based measurements of both physical and technical skills are available on the Playermaker App, giving you a detailed look at your game. 📈

The below table outlines our scoring with a brief description of each.

The player is just beginning to understand or attempt the skill. Execution is inconsistent or hesitant. Needs clear guidance and frequent correction.

The player shows some basic understanding of the skill but struggles with execution.
Effort is present, but performance is limited under pressure or during play.

The player demonstrates reliable execution of the skill in training and is beginning to use it in games.
Room for improvement, but shows understanding and intent.

The player is confident and applies the skill with limited support.
U8–U10: Most players should fall between 1–3 on most skills; Travel Players should fall between a 2-4.
U12: Expect a healthy range between 2–4..
U14: Proficient players will regularly score 2–4, Travel Players should fall between 2.5 and 4.
