The High Development Program was specially created to provide an exciting and challenging environment where players can train in a high-level, fast-paced setting that pushes their limits.

The HDA is a focused 4-week program scheduled to run this coming winter, designed to maximize skill growth and player development.

Each session is thoughtfully divided into 2 training drills, with each one dedicated to working on different key attributes essential for success on the field.

The HDA always delivers a set of high-tempo sessions focusing on:

Individual skill development

Position-specific training

Speed of play and attacking instincts

Small group competition and intensity

    1.5 Hours Per Session
    Monday Nights

    U10 – 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM
    U12 / U14 – 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM
    High School – 8:00 PM to 9:30 PM

    The High Development Academy (HDA) was previously an invite-only program, reserved for players who demonstrated advanced skill, discipline, and commitment. Now we're opening spots to new players who are ready to rise to the challenge.

    This opportunity is ideal for committed, coachable athletes who are eager to grow and push themselves in a competitive, high-level environment.

    Player Assessment Criteria

    Before entering the program, players are assessed across four key areas of development:

    Technical & Tactical Development
    Mastery of ball control, passing, shooting, decision-making, and game intelligence.

    Physiological Development
    Focus on speed of play, agility, endurance, and coordination.

    Physical Development
    Strength, balance, athleticism, and injury prevention.

    Social Development
    Attitude, communication, coachability, leadership, and team interaction.
