• Reserve 58' × 35' of indoor turf space for team practices, private training, dance, or group movement. (Note: Field rentals cover space only; NextGen coaching/instruction is not included).

Approved Uses & Prohibited Activities

• Approved Activities: Soccer training & practices, cheerleading, dance, physical education, fitness/movement classes, or other pre-approved group activities.

• Not Permitted: Softball/Baseball, Volleyball, Basketball, or Lacrosse. (Our layout, walls, and netting are not designed or equipped for these specific sports).

Rental Requirements & Liability

• Mandatory Waiver: All participants must have a signed NextGen Liability Waiver on file before entering the turf space. Parents or legal guardians must complete waivers for youth participants.

• Supervision & Care: Renters are responsible for group conduct, active supervision of youth participants, and any facility damage resulting from misuse.

• Equipment Requests: Standard rentals include field space only. Training equipment may be requested in advance, subject to availability and potential additional fees.

• Facility Authority: NextGen reserves the right to stop any activity that is deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or different from the approved rental reservation.

• $199 for a 90-minute party package. High-energy, climate-controlled fun for kids to celebrate and play.
