Personal - Assessment Session
Take the first step in your player’s development journey with a personalized Player Assessment Session.
During this 45–50 minute session, our professional coaches will assess your player’s abilities through Next Gen’s Four Pillars of Development — Technical, Tactical, Physical, and Mental. Using advanced Playermaker performance technology, we capture key data and observations to build a complete profile of each player, including:
Sprint speed
Kicking power
Right vs. left foot usage and balance
Turning speed
Follow the Next Gen’s Four Pillars of Development — Technical, Tactical, Physical, and Mental — ensuring players grow in skill, understanding, and confidence.
-
Focuses on a player’s ability to control, pass, dribble, shoot, and use both feet effectively. It’s about developing the skills needed to perform confidently and creatively with the ball.
-
Covers understanding of the game — decision-making, positioning, awareness, teamwork, and adapting to different situations. It helps players read the game and make smart choices on and off the ball.
-
Involves fitness, agility, speed, balance, coordination, and strength. It’s about preparing players to handle the physical demands of training and competition safely and effectively.
-
Develops mindset, confidence, focus, resilience, and motivation. It supports a player’s ability to cope with pressure, overcome setbacks, and maintain a positive attitude toward learning and improvement.
The assessment provides real, measurable insight into how a player performs both on the ball and in decision-making moments, giving our coaches a clear understanding of their technical sharpness, physical capabilities, tactical awareness, and mental approach to the game.
After the session, your coach will evaluate the assessment data and provide a 10–15 minute recap and consultation. You’ll review results, discuss key strengths and areas for improvement, and map out the most effective training path — including recommended classes, programs, or personal training levels (Bronze, Silver, or Gold).
This session is ideal for all levels of players — from beginners establishing their foundation to advanced athletes looking to refine performance and elevate their game
