At Next Gen, we know the goalkeeper position is unique and requires a balance of bravery, focus, and skill. By U10, players are ready to go beyond the basics and begin developing key goalkeeping habits that will stay with them as they grow.

Our sessions introduce essential techniques such as diving, catching under pressure, distribution with hands and feet, and improved positioning. We also emphasize decision-making—when to come off the line, how to communicate with teammates, and how to stay confident in goal.

Through engaging, game-like activities, young keepers build the technical skills and mindset needed to enjoy the position and feel proud of their role.
